An engineering team from Penang, Malaysia

We design, build and support the systems hospitals and factories rely on: software, AI and the devices that feed them data. Then we stay on site to keep improving them.

Why we exist

Penang's hospitals and factories run on skilled people, and too many of those people still spend their days copying numbers between paper, spreadsheets and systems that don't talk to each other.

Kayzen Zenith was started to fix that. We bring software, connected devices and AI together in one team, so a hospital or a factory can see what's happening as it happens, stop re-typing the same data, and make decisions on facts instead of guesswork.

We're close enough to visit, install and train on site, and we stay on after launch to keep things running.

Kaizen to Zenith 改善 · 日の出

Kaizen is the Japanese idea of continuous improvement: small changes, made every day, by the people who do the work. Zenith is the highest point, where those small steps lead.

Our mark is Hinode, the rising sun. A vermilion sun rises over a long horizon, with the Z carved out of the sun and the K standing beneath it. It is a reminder of how we like to work with every client: rise a little every day.

How we work with every client

  • Start with one process

We'd rather prove value on a single line, clinic or outlet than sell you a platform you have to grow into.

  • Work with what you have

Existing machines, software and spreadsheets are connected first. New systems come in only where they earn their place.

  • Hardware, software and AI in one team

The people wiring the sensor are the same people building the dashboard, so nothing gets lost between vendors.

  • Plain language throughout

Proposals, reports and dashboards are written for the people running the business, not for engineers.

How a project runs from first visit to support

  1. Step 1: Discover

We visit, watch the work and map one process end to end, including the systems and paperwork around it.

  2. Step 2: Design

You see screens, data flows and hardware plans before we build, and agree on what success looks like.

  3. Step 3: Build

We build in short cycles and put working versions in front of the people who will use them.

  4. Step 4: Connect

Sensors are installed, systems are integrated, data starts flowing, and your team is trained on site.

  5. Step 5: Support

We monitor, maintain and improve what we've built, and extend it to the next process when you're ready.
